Diana Castillo Paintings

Born in the USA, from Colombian father and Puerto Rican mother. Diana began to paint when she was 15 years old. She has always been influenced by the metaphysical and scientific world, and from her paintbrushes come suggestionss of the paintings of DeChirico, Picasso, Kandiski y Klee. She tries to show us the fascinating reality that hids behind the visible world which we see with our eyes. The brilliant colors o her paintings reflect the force of her latin blood, with oranges, yellows, and greens from a tropical dream; and her themes show us another world, full of mystery and magic. Diana has traveled much reaping artistic experiences and has lived and exposed with other artists in New York, Paris, Miami and Montecarlo. Presently she lives and works between Madrid Spain and Maryland USA.
